Monkey Fist Return & Refund Policy
At Monkey Fist, we stand by what we create — because every drop carries the pride and effort of our seafarer community. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on all products from Drop #1 within 6 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- All original tags and labels must be intact.
2. Easy Pickup Process
You don’t have to worry about shipping it back. Monkey Fist will arrange a pickup from your location once your return request is approved.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation message once the refund is initiated.
4. Exchanges
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please place a new order once your refund is completed.
5. Non-Returnable Items
All products are eligible for return under the above conditions — no exceptions for Drop #1.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact us at care@monkeyfist.store or message us on WhatsApp (link available on our website).
- Share your Order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the simple process.
